The Blystone Family opened an on-farm processing facility for their livestock in 2004. The processing facility emphasizes the same foundation of creating a quality farm product for our customers. Blystone Farm is open to the public from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for sales on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Processing for restaurants & groceries takes place on Tuesdays; please direct inquiries to Joe.
