Located in historic Canal Winchester, Blystone Farm is a family-owned producer of lamb & goat.  Joe Blystone and daughter Katherine Harrison are proud to carry on their family's heritage in agriculture by raising, marketing, and processing lamb & goat with an emphasis on quality. 
 
  Animals are fed high-quality, natural diets to promote health.  Blystone Farm strives to create a traditional rural environment, while utilizing agricultural science to nurture livestock.
 
   Building on their family's history of raising animals, the Blystone Family opened an on-farm processing facility for their livestock in 2004.  The processing facility emphasizes the same foundation of creating a quality farm product for our customers.  We feature lamb, goat, and grass-fed Black Angus.  We would be delighted to hear from you at 614.833.1211.  We will gladly custom process lambs & goats for your freezer, as well.  Please call ahead.
 
Blystone Farm is open to the public from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for sales on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.  Processing for restaurants & groceries takes place on Tuesdays; please direct inquiries to Joe.
